1. Return Period #
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Condition Requirements #
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused — the product must not have been used beyond initial inspection
- Original packaging — all original boxes, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase — Amazon order number or receipt required
- Same condition — item must be in the same condition you received it
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Customized or personalized products
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on Amazon.ae
3. How to Initiate a Return #
Option A: Through Amazon.ae (Recommended) #

- Go to "Your Orders"
- Find the item you wish to return
- Click "Return or Replace Items"
- Select a return reason from the dropdown
- Choose your preferred return method:
- Drop-off at an Amazon collection point
- Scheduled pickup from your address

- Package the item securely and send it back

Refund methods:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.)
- Amazon.ae gift card refunds may be processed faster (1–2 business days)
5. Exchanges #
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and would like an exchange:
- Follow the return process above (Option A or B)
- Select "Replace" instead of "Refund" when prompted on Amazon.ae
- A replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items #
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact us immediately at nillianstore@gmail.com with:
- Your Amazon order number
- Photos of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
- We will coordinate with Amazon.ae to arrange a free replacement or full refund
- Do not dispose of the item or packaging until the return is confirmed
Important: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Amazon.ae provides prepaid return shipping labels for eligible returns. You can drop off the package at designated collection points or schedule a pickup.
8. Partial Refunds #
In some cases, Amazon may issue a partial refund for:
- Items returned with missing accessories or original packaging
- Items showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
- Products with minor cosmetic differences from the listing
You will be notified of any partial refund decision before it is processed.
9. Order Cancellation #
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped:
- Log into Amazon.ae
- Go to "Your Orders"
- Select the order and click "Cancel Items"
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation is immediate
After dispatch: The order cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the standard return process above.
