1. Return Period #

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Option A: Through Amazon.ae (Recommended) #

  2. Go to "Your Orders"
  3. Find the item you wish to return
  4. Click "Return or Replace Items"
  5. Select a return reason from the dropdown
  6. Choose your preferred return method:
    • Drop-off at an Amazon collection point
    • Scheduled pickup from your address
  7. Print the return shipping label (if required)
  8. Package the item securely and send it back

If you need help with the return process:

  2. Include your Amazon order number and product details
  3. Describe the issue (damaged, wrong item, not as described, etc.)
  4. Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 24 hours with step-by-step guidance.


4. Refund Processing #

5. Exchanges #

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and would like an exchange:

  1. Follow the return process above (Option A or B)
  2. Select "Replace" instead of "Refund" when prompted on Amazon.ae
  3. A replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items #

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging

    • Your Amazon order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. We will coordinate with Amazon.ae to arrange a free replacement or full refund
  4. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until the return is confirmed

Important: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Amazon.ae provides prepaid return shipping labels for eligible returns. You can drop off the package at designated collection points or schedule a pickup.


8. Partial Refunds #

After dispatch: The order cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the standard return process above.
